Course information:
Do you want to understand industrial electrotechnics and learn how to wire your first electrical circuits in a professional way?
This training course was designed for you.
Step by step, you will learn the foundations of electrotechnics with clear guidance throughout the learning path.
We start from zero, with no prior technical knowledge required, using simple components, practical diagrams and real demonstrations.
This course gives you solid foundations to move toward more advanced control and power circuits.
You will learn how to:
- Differentiate current intensity and electrical voltage.
- Use the two fundamental formulas of electrotechnics: P = U x I and U = R x I.
- Select suitable power strips and electrical equipment according to load.
- Identify voltage thresholds considered dangerous in low-voltage systems.
- Understand Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contacts.
- Use a multimeter to check continuity and perform basic electrical measurements.
- Understand push buttons, indicator lights, relays and contactors.
- Read and interpret standard electrotechnical symbols and diagrams.
- Build and understand control circuits, power circuits and motor starter diagrams.
- Select wires, cables, protection devices and motor starter components.
- Understand fuses, circuit breakers, thermal overload relays and motor protection.
- Work with three-phase asynchronous motors, star/delta connections and insulation testing.
- Create complete electrical files with QElectroTech.
- Check wiring, commission a training board and troubleshoot safely using voltage and continuity measurements.
No technical background is required.
Each step is explained simply, with practical demonstrations, real wiring examples, diagrams, quizzes and downloadable resources to support your progress.
